3. Quotation

You will receive a detailed quotation including:

Call-out fee

Labour costs

Estimated parts costs

Estimated repair time

4. Quotation Approval

Once you have accepted the quotation in writing, we will schedule the service and begin the necessary preparations.

5. 50% Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

This allows us to:

• Reserve your appointment
• Order the required parts
• Organise the mobile service visit

6. On-Site Repair

Our fully equipped service vehicle arrives with the necessary tools and parts.

Whenever possible, repairs are completed immediately on-site.

7. Workshop Transport (If Required)

If the repair cannot be completed on-site, our professional driver service will safely transport your horse truck to our workshop.

Once the repairs are finished, we can also return the vehicle to your stable, business premises or any location you specify.

8. Vehicle Handover & Final Invoice

Once the work has been completed, we will:

• Inspect the repairs together with you
• Hand over your fully repaired vehicle
• Issue the final invoice
• Close the job after settlement of the remaining balance
